Happy New Year!

Our family has had quite a 2010, and are looking forward to an amazing 2011. We are blessed to not only have a daughter that makes every day better, but now look forward to another addition come April. To all of our family and friends we wish nothing but the best in the coming year. HAPPY 2011!!

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas! We started our Christmas a couple days ago in Seattle with family, and drove home yesterday. We woke up bright and early this morning--thanks to Millie. She had great time opening her gifts, and had to stop to play with everything. Millie was in dress up and doll heaven, I think she's been at least 4 different princesses/fairies this morning alone! We are thankful for all that we have, especially our beautiful little girl and our little bean cookin'. Now off to enjoy the delicious smelling waffles John's making us! YUMM.

Last week my newest niece made her grand entrance. She is doing great, and is absolutely beautiful. We can't wait to kiss those little cheeks :) Congrats Kristin, Brett and big brother Landon!

Millie loves her dogs. They are her friends, her horses, her jungle gym. The best part? The dogs love her right back, and would do anything to make her happy.

Santa Claus is Comin' To Town

This evening we took Millie to see Santa downtown. She was a little scared at first, but as soon as she saw the candy cane she decided he couldn't be that bad. Even so, she couldn't bring herself to break out her cheese face--maybe next year. In other big girl news Millie had two more teeth break through today! 14 teeth and counting!

Snow, snow and MORE SNOW!

The snow just keeps falling, so naturally Millie had Haylee over for some sledding and hot chocolate. John built the girls a ramp and they LOVED IT. Mills is turning out to be quite the winter baby--just wait until we can get her on a snowboard :)

Today we had our big anatomy ultrasound. We stuck to our guns and turned our heads when the tech was checking for gender, so this one will be a surprise! She didn't write down boy/girl anywhere so we can't even, in a moment of weakness, call the office before April. Our doctor said everything looked great and the baby was right on track as far as growth. So what do you think, boy or girl?

Happy Thanksgiving! It's been snowing off and on for the past few days here, and we took full advantage of it today. We finally got Mills bundled in all her snow gear and John pulled her around in her brand new sled. She had so much fun!! After sledding for a bit she helped John shovel before we went inside to finish dinner. Now my wonderful family is napping, and I'm off to do the same. Here's to remembering every day how much we have to be thankful for!

Happy Halloween!

This was Millie's first Halloween venturing outside the house in her costume. We visited some friends and family, and collected way too much candy! Millie had a great time, and was the cutest little bee I've ever seen :)

Millie and I had a great weekend in Boise. We kept busy with Landon's 2nd birthday and Peyton's baby shower, but made time to visit the pumpkin patch. The kids had a great time looking at the animals, playing on the big slide and in the corn box, and running around the corn maze. We adults were exhausted!

Last weekend we went out to Greenbluff to the pumpkin patch. Millie had fun trying to pick up the huge pumpkins. It was packed, but we had a great time.

John found a great little par 3 golf course that Millie can walk with him. It's pretty quiet and Millie just loves going. I appreciate the help--I don't have to worry about putting, she takes care of that for me :)
