Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas!  This year we had a great time relaxing at home and watching the girls dive into their presents.  Santa brought the girls matching princess bikes this year--they were so excited!  We had Papa Jon, Garrett, Melissa, Triston, Justin, Desi and Gavin over for dinner and gifts later on in the afternoon. What a great day, we are so lucky!

We're gearing up for the big day tomorrow by making some Christmas cookies.  YUM!! And what BIG helpers I have this year!

Millie's Pre-K Christmas Program

Today Millie had her Christmas program with her Pre-K class.  It was fantastic!  The kids did such a great job with all the songs, and the look on their faces were priceless.  My baby girl is growing up so fast!  (and of course a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY to John.  We love you forever!)

Physzique 12 week challenge

I (along with some wonderful ladies) just finished up a 12 week challenge at a local gym, Physzique.  I have to say I have fallen in love with this gym!  I've never felt stronger in my life, and I just had my 30th birthday.  

Finding the Perfect Tree

….at least Millie was excited we found the perfect tree!  Paisley wasn't impressed by the freezing temps or my insistence that they give each other big hugs for a picture.  Merry almost Christmas!!

Welcome back!

Today we welcomed back our elf Liberty--and she brought a friend with her this year!  Welcome to the family Twinkle.  The girls love this tradition--it's always fun to watch then run downstairs and search for their elves in the morning. 

{Another} pumpkin patch afternoon!

This afternoon Millie had her first ever field trip with her pre-K class.  We met Ms. Meghan and another class at a local farm/pumpkin patch and had a great time!  The girls got to feed all sorts of animals, enjoy some popcorn and hot cider and pick their very own pumpkin.  Millie loved socializing with her friends and Paisley could have fed the animals all day long.  

Pumpkin Patch

This weekend my mom came up for a visit, and we took advantage of the beautiful fall weather and visited a local pumpkin patch.  We met up with Garrett, Melissa and Triston--the kids had a great time running through the corn maze while John scared them!  We got plenty of pumpkins and had some amazing caramel apples.

Too many pictures?? Maybe...probably, but I can't help it.  My baby started school today!  I now have a kiddo in pre-k.  Your dad and I are so proud of you sweet Millie McCay.
