Boise Road-Trippin'

This weekend we made a much too quick visit to Boise for Josie's 4th birthday.  We spent a little time with the Wikum family and a little with the Cafferty family--not nearly enough with either!  Can't wait for our next visit.

Half Marathon!

This morning I finished my first half marathon!  I ran the Sandpoint Scenic Half with Heather and some ladies from work.  Felt great!  Now for my nap :)

Wunder Women

For my second triathlon I had even more friends in the race with me.  We added Tiffany to the roster for the WunderWoman Tri in Medical Lake, and we had a great time.  Everyone did really well despite the HOT HOT weather--looking forward to the next one already!
